Stanley Safari Lodge is the prefect base from which to explore the delights of the area, set on a hill overlooking the unspoilt bush all guests can enjoy river rafting, bungee jumping, sunset cruises and elephant back safaris.
The Main House has spectacular views to enjoy sundowners in the African style lounge. The house has a true African feel, with the colonial suites evoke the elegant era of Stanley and Livingstone and have private pools, air conditioning and other luxuries.

Access and Distance

There are daily flights from London Heathrow to Johannesburg with various scheduled airlines. From there you will be able to fly onto Livingstone airport where a 20 minute road transfer will bring you to Stanley Safari Lodge.

Accommodation

There are 10 rooms in total, each individually designed using local materials and craftmenship. From every room you are able to see the spray of the Victoria Falls, the Zambezi River and the African sunset.

Four of the rooms are suites, each having a private plunge pool with deck or terrace, a lounge area, a bedroom and a bathroom with bath and separate shower. The Honeymoon Suite and Family Suite are open suites, which enables guests to absorb the sights and sounds of the African bush fully. The Livingstone Suite and Stanley Suite are closed suites with a colonial interior that evoke the elegant era of Stanley and Livingstone.

There are 6 cottages in total, all are Safari style built with natural materials. Baobab is a closed cottage, but all other cottages (Birds Room, Zambezi View, Mukuni, Mosi-oa-Tunya and Victoria) have an open structure to enhance to your Zambian experience. All these cottages have a bath and shower with all the luxuries you might desire. From the deck or terrace guests can enjoy the splendid views of the Zambezi Valley.
