Day 1: Depart Arusha at 08.00 am on a shared Charter to Katavi. Met at the airstrip and transfer to Katuma Bush Lodge. Settle into your tents, lunch and then take an afternoon game drive in the park. Overnight Katuma Bush Lodge.
Day 2: Awake to the sounds of the local bird life, breakfast and then proceed for a full day game drive in the expansive Katavi National Park, renowned for some of the largest concentrations of buffalo in Africa. Overnight Katuma Bush Lodge.
Day 3: Enjoy another full day in Katavi with game drives to the pools breaming with hippo and crocodile and on the lookout for the big cats. Overnight Katuma Bush Lodge.
Day 4: Enjoy another day in Katavi, falling into Africa’s rhythm and pace. Overnight Katuma Bush Lodge.
Day 5: Breakfast at the Lodge and then transfer to the airstrip for your flight back to Arusha for your onward destination.
