  • Knysna Hollow Country Estate consits of 64 Garden Rooms and 15 Garden thatched chalets all situated amongst beautiful landscape. Guest rooms have all the modern amenities including, a television, ceiling fan, hairdryer and tea/coffe making facilities.

Hotel Activities

  • The hotel has a unique feature which is a full size Pentanque court with a Boulle set as well as a giant size chess board in the Rose Garden. There organic Herb Garden is complete with compost-producing and organic worm house, definitly worth a visit. There is also a boutique Curio Shop which has arts and crafts for everybody.

  • There are 2 main restaurants at the estate, the first being an a la carte restaurant, called the Knysna Hollow Restaurant which serves dishes from around the world and is located in the Manor House. The Pecan Tree Grill Room serves superb Cape cuisine and local specialities. Both restaurants have a great choice of wine to complement the meal.
  • Located in the lounge of the Manor House is The Rutland Arms Pub which offers a variety of juices, wines, spirits and beer.
