Little Ongava Lodge

Situated along the crest of a hill with wonderful views across the plains, Little Ongava is located in a 30,000 hectare private game reserve on the southern border of the Etosha National Park. This intimate lodge offers luxury accommodation in only three private suites, and is exclusive without being indulgent.
The Ongava Game Reserve is one of the few places in southern Africa where guests have the opportunity to view Black and White Rhino, the reserve also has a healthy population of Lion as well as a large variety of plains game, and birds are superb.
Etosha National Park offers spectacular game viewing in the dry months, with large concentrations of elephant, zebra, wildebeest, oryx and springbok.

Day 1
Transfer from your Windhoek or your previous destination to Little Ongava. Arrive in time for lunch or afternoon tea. Depart on nature drive on Ongava property with sundowners. Back to the lodge for dinner and overnight
Day 2
Early breakfast and depart for a morning in Etosha National Park. Return to the lodge for lunch and spend the afternoon at your leisure relaxing by your private plunge pool, bird watching or a guided walk. Take afternoon tea and depart on nature drive on Ongava property with sundowners. Return to the lodge for alfresco dinner and overnight
Day 3
Breakfast and transfer to the airstrip for your return flight to Windhoek or connect for your onward safari

Access and Distance

  • The hotel is best accessed via air from Windhoek taking approx 1hr 30 minutes or from Swakopmund journey time approx 1hr 45 minutes
