Day 1

Transfer from your Windhoek or your previous destination to Kulala Wilderness Camp. Arrive in time for lunch or afternoon tea. Depart on nature drive on Kulala Wilderness Reserve with sundowners. Back to the lodge for dinner and overnight

Day 2

Early wake up call and depart on Sossusvlei excursion with dune climbing and a visit to deadvlei. Arrive at Sossusvlei to climb dunes and visit deadvlei. A picnic hamper can be purchased at the camp at additional cost. Return to the camp and spend the afternoon at your leisure relaxing. Depart on optional sundowner and return back to the lodge for dinner served under the stars and overnight

Day 3

Breakfast and transfer to the airstrip for your return flight to Windhoek or connect for your onward safari

Access and Distance

• Kulala Wilderness Camp is best accessed via air from Windhoek (350km) taking approx 1hr 15 minutes or 5 hours by road, or from Swakopmund (380km) journey time approx 1hr or 6 hours by road

Accommodation

• 10 permanent structures, elevated on wooden decks with double glass doors on the front, to allow for a maximum view over the mountains and red dunes
• All tents are en-suite with shower, flush toilet and hand basin
• Solar powered overhead fans
• Soap, shampoos, insect repellent are supplied in each room
• Bottled water is supplied free of charge in each tent

Facilities

• The main area is elevated on a wooden deck under thatch with sliding glass doors to allow for panoramic views
• A large outside verandah area with views of the mountains
• Bar and dining area
• Small deck and outside plunge pool
• Outside eating area
• Children of all ages are welcome

• This camp caters mainly to the self-drive market but guided excursions and game drives are offered at an additional cost from the camp.
