Olare Orok Conservancy is an exclusive 20,000 acrea area, which borders the Maasai Mara Game Reserve is home to an abundance of animals including the Big Cats for which the Mara is famous.

The conservancy has recently been set up by a Kenyan organisation called Porini Ecotourism who have agreed with the local Maasai community to set aside the area for a reserve for wildlife, so that the habitat could be protected and wildlife conserved
