A 12 day safari and beach experience with a difference! Designed specially for families, this holiday offers comfortable accommodation and activities for the children. Your wildlife safari visits 2 very different reserves, rich with game - Samburu National Park and the Maasai Mara. Travel between the parks is by air to avoid long road journeys. Accommodation is in the Intrepids tented camps. All game drives are in 4x4 safari vehicles.

The Intrepids tented camps in Samburu & the Maasai Mara has an Adventure Club for ages under 12 and includes activities such as build your own mini Maasai homestead, have a close brush with a toothbrush tree, learn to make a fire with a pair of sticks, catch and study the brightest butterflies, plant a tree and help bring back the rains, cast big cat tracks from the real thing, make friends quiver with your own bow, learn how to identify birds of all feathers, and stalk victory in our bush treasure hunts. The Adventure Club for ages 12-17 include activities such as bush orienteering, first aid, snakes, bird identification, tree identification, mammal behavior studies, and guided bush walks.

After your safari, journey down to the white sands of the Kenya Coast for 7 nights at Turtle Bay Beach Club, a super value family All Inclusive Hotel with plenty of activities for all the family!

Day 1
Arrive in Nairobi, where you will be met by our representative and transferred to Wilson Airport to catch your flight to Samburu National Park. Arrive into Samburu just in time for lunch and spend the afternoon at your leisure. Depart on a late afternoon game drive, returning to Samburu Intrepids for dinner
Day 2
Morning and afternoon game drives, and children’s activities. Samburu Intrepids
Day 3
Fly direct from Samburu to Masai Mara. All children can take part in the activities of the Adventurers’ Club. Afternoon game drive in Mara Reserve. Dinner and overnight Mara Intrepids
Day 4
Morning and afternoon game drives, and children’s activities. Mara Intrepids
Day 5
Depart after breakfast and catch your 1100 flight back to Nairobi, arriving at 1215. On arrival you will be met & transferred to Nairobi Airport to catch your flight to Mombasa. Transfer to Turtle Bay Beach Club where you will spend the next 7 nights relaxing on the beach & enjoying the number of activities that the hotel offers
