Amboseli Porini

From: £500

With just 9 spacious tents, this exclusive camping experience offers fantastic personal attentive service in a simple yet luxurious surrounding. This is the original Porini eco tourism camp (winner of Silver Esok award 2005). It is set in 15,000 acres of private conservancy land bordering Amboseli giving you exclusive usage during your stay. Great care is taken over the preservation of the natural surroundings to ensure that as little environmental impact as possible occurs as a result of your stay in this eco system. It is highly recommended for a 2 night stay to enjoy the conservancy as well as acting as a base for exploring Amboseli famed for its Elephants

There are daily departures from Nairobi every day to Amboseli Porini Camp in the Selenkay Conservancy, near Amboseli National Park. Activities include game drives (in 4 wheel drive open-sided land rover) both within the Selenkay Conservancy and in nearby Amboseli National Park, walks with Maasai trackers, visit to local Maasai village, sundowners and a night game drive.
