This purpose built lodge is located in a fenced area allowing for wide open space and manicured lawns surrounding the well spaced accomodation. Set at the foot of Kilimanjaro in the heart of Amboseli National Park, Ol Tukai offers wonderful views of the park and mountain from the main areas and rooms.

Itinerary: 2 nights / 3 Days
Itinerary Day 1 Transfer from your Nairobi hotel to Wilson Airport for the 07.30 flight to Amboseli, arriving 45 minutes later. On arrival you will be met and transferred to Ol Tukai Lodge to stay 2 nights. During your stay you will go out on morning and afternoon game drives to explore Amboseli, and to see the huge herds of elephants for which it is famous and which can be observed at close range. Amboseli is overlooked by Africa’s highest mountain, Kilimanjaro - there are spectacular views from Ol Tukai Lodge
Day 2 You will take an early morning game drive, returning to Ol Tukai Lodge for a late breakfast. The rest of the morning is at leisure to bird-watch in the grounds or to relax by the swimming pool. After lunch there will be an afternoon game drive, returning to the camp for dinner and overnight
Day 3 Early breakfast and transfer to the airstrip for your return flight to Nairobi, departing 08.30. Arrive Wilson Airport at 09.15 in time to connect for your onward safari or beach stay
Access and Distance
- The lodge is best accessed via air from Nairobi with a travelling time of 45 mins. The airstrip is just 10 minutes from the lodge. Alternatively, journey by road is approx 3 1/2 hours from Nairobi
