Stats show that for 2006 Namibia will be the 13th fastest growing country in the world in tourism, and rightly so!

I have just come back from my second trip in two months to this wonderful country and certainly have the Namibia bug! If you like the outdoors, plenty of activities and stunning scenery then you can’t help to be blown away by this county.

Namibia offers something for everybody – experience a Big 5 safari in the famous Etosha National Park, witness the largest sand dunes in the world at Sossusvlei, get your adrenalin pumping at the coastal town of Swakopmund, travel to Fish River and see the second largest Canyon in the world or journey to the north east of the country to the wild Caprivi area and spend a few days in the Okavango Delta or fishing on the Zambezi River.

Whether you want to self drive or travel as part of an established tour, the choice is yours. The roads are very good and most areas are accessible without the need of 4 wheel drive. Alternatively fly between destinations and see Namibia from the air – an experience well worth enjoying.
