Keekorok Lodge 

Recently renovated this lodge was the original purpose built lodge in the Massai Mara standing in the direct path of the annual migration. The viewing deck over the hippo pool and adjoining extensive walkways are a key feature allowing for viewing directly into the game park. The accommodation is in different chalet styles with views over the gardens.

It is highly recommended for a 2 night stay to fully explore the Maasai Mara National Park

Itinerary

Day 1

Fly from Wilson Airport straight into Maasai Mara (50 minutes). On arrival you will be transferred to Keekorok Lodge. Evening game drive for a first view of the wildlife species for which the Mara is famous

Day 2

A full day in the Maasai Mara National Park with morning game drive followed by lunch at Keekorok Lodge, afternoon at your leisure relaxing and then evening game drive. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight

Day 3

An early morning game drive followed by breakfast and then transfer to the airstrip for your Air Kenya flight to Wilson Airport, Nairobi

Access and Distance

• The property is best accessed by air from Nairobi (50 minutes) or from other National Parks
• Keekorok has its own airstrip just 3km from the lodge
• Alternatively the lodge is 250km from Nairobi by road taking at least 4 hours
